As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, governments and businesses are taking steps to slow the spread of the virus. At Symec, we are doing all we can to promote health and safety within the company, while helping to minimise its impact on our staff, customers and operations.

Our offices and repair centres remain open with enhanced hygiene protocols in place. We are practicing social distancing at our locations, as well as remote working, to reduce the risk of transmission.

At this challenging time, Symec is committed to limiting disruption of service, whilst maintaining the safety of all involved.

Having the right technology, systems and process in place has rapidly moved from being business-critical to being essential for business survival. We are working closely with our network of suppliers and partners to monitor stock levels, assess lead times and source devices. We appreciate that now more than ever, ensuring your kit is operating effectively is vital and our service and repair centres will support you in that. We also hold a large amount of rental equipment should it be required in the short or medium term.

As part of this commitment, your account manager will be in touch with you to ensure that you have everything you need in terms of both devices and services. For regular updates, you can also follow our social media channels.

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all of those within the NHS, carers and the essential industries, we are very grateful for your dedication.

Over recent weeks, we’ve spoken to customers providing services across healthcare, transport and logistics, field service and retail – thank you. We are proud to be supporting you during these unprecedented times.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us by email on helpdesk@symec.co.uk or by call us on  0330 111 0245.

Thanks,

Team Symec
